The kiosk was designed and constructed for "Studio Percussion" a non-profit shop as a way to improve the atmosphere for the teaching of music to young children. Within the store the kiosk is used as a display case for drums and other music equipment, where they are stored in boxes. Education comes in the form of the involuntary instrument where the depth of these boxes determine the depth of the sound that comes out. the kiosk becomes a drum, which when it's storage boxes are touched resonates with sound.
